The TH-6 Acrylic Strip Heater comes in a Single or Dual Beam System for heating up to 620mm wide sheet
The TH-6 Acrylic Strip Heater is a professional Single or dual mini beam strip heater (dual beam shown) used for heating plastic sheets, such as acrylics, ABS, HIPS and foam boards prior to bending. The dual system can simultaneously heat one sheet of plastic at two parallel points saving time on fabrication.
It can be used for making jewelry display stands, brochure holders, novelty items, wedding table displays, card and name place holders.
Simple one button operation. Place the sheet on the beams, press start, wait till sheet reaches correct temperature, remove and bend to required angle. Simples!
We can supply either one (single beam) or two (dual beam, as shown) x 620mm heater beams which fit on a moveable carriage which is completely modular.
The TH-6 acrylic Strip Heater comes with:
- 1 x dual output low voltage power supply unit capable of supplying 2 x 620mm beams.
- 1 or 2 mini safety heating beams with clamp capable of heating sheets up to 620mm width (that’s A2 landscape or A1 portrait Size) in sheets up to 6mm thick.
- 1 x backstop for repeated accurate bends.
- 1 x sliding beam mounting chassis for holding beams, backstops, side fences Etc.
This is a British made machine made by Obelisque Design, a company with more than 20 years experience in making fabrication machinery. It is fully C.E. compliant and comes with instructions, a guide to plastic bending, a 1 year warranty and a direct telephone helpline.
